Free family activities at Westgate Leisure Centre, The Grange Leisure Centre and Bourne Leisure Centre

Westgate Leisure Centre, The Grange Community and Leisure Centre, and Bourne Leisure Centre, run by Everyone Active in partnership with Chichester District Council, will all open their doors offering free activities for the entire family at no cost.
Chichester’s Westgate Leisure Centre’s open day will take place on Saturday, September 10 from 11am to 4.30pm with activities on offer including family swimming, gymnastics, bouncy castle and soft play, football skills, group exercise classes, gym challenges, Fortis sessions, toning suite demonstrations, face painting, and much more.

Hide AdGroup fitness instructor and personal trainer Ollie Lee will be on site guiding Fortis classes, and professional freestyle footballer Steve Gray will be showing of his football skills.
In Midhurst The Grange Community and Leisure Centre will welcome the local community on Saturday, September 10 from 10am to 4pm. Activities for the day include; Active Ants - under 5’s soft play, nerf war, face painting, squash, badminton and short tennis, archery, aerobics group exercise class and gym challenges. There will also be multiple charity stands, including a dementia hub and MIND.
The Bourne Leisure Centre’s open day at its Southbourne site takes place on Sunday, October 2 from 11am to 4.30pm.
Activities include; Active Antz, archery, badminton, gymnastics, karate for juniors, football, nerf wars, pilates, yoga, table tennis and personal training sessions.

Hide AdCouncillor Roy Briscoe, cabinet member for community services and culture at Chichester District Council, added: “As a council, we work closely with Everyone Active to ensure that we continue to provide high quality sport and leisure opportunities across our district to help residents achieve their sporting and fitness goals. The leisure centres offer a variety of services and activities for people of all ages and abilities, and these open days are a great opportunity for people to come along and try something new.”
