New show in Under Ground Art
It is open from March 4-26, Fri/Sat 10-4pm.
Myers process begins with a thought, a feeling, a fleeting image or line of prose, and working in a variety of media she produces abstract pieces, which may be loose and painterly or contain bold graphic patterns.
Text is a regular feature in these works, in the form of poetic lines or philosophical mantras. Both image and words are left ambiguous for the viewer to arrive at their own interpretation.

Myers achieved a BA Fine Art from Portsmouth University in 2003, after which she had a break from painting. This will be her first solo exhibition after returning to her Fine Art Practice.
Patrons at any Under Ground Theatre event may also view the paintings.
