Fourth-placed H&B will seek to become the first team this season to inflict a league defeat on Kent One champions-elect Sheppey tomorrow (Saturday).
Brooks said: “I’m quietly confident. I know the guys are up for it and they want the Sheppey scalp. Everyone’s looking forward to the fixture and we’ll give them a run for their money.”

Hide AdSheppey are 18 points clear at the top of the table having won 16 and drawn one of their 17 league matches to date, but H&B were only beaten by 10 points in October’s reverse fixture.
“They’re a very good side, but apart from their draw, we gave them the hardest tussle they’ve had in the league to date and we’re on home turf this time,” added Brooks, who expects to field a near full strength side. Kick-off at Ark William Parker Academy is 3pm.
