The Hornets recorded an emphatic 11-1 rout over relegated Hailsham Town to seal the crown in superb style.
Terry Dodd and Kieron Pamment both netted hat-tricks as the homeless Hornets bounced back into the Ryman League at the first time of asking after last year’s relegation.

Hide AdGoing into their penultimate game, a point would have sealed the success, which was almost already certain due to their superior goal difference.
But second placed Eastbourne Town’s draw at home to Broadbridge Heath would have meant even a defeat would have seen Horsham crowned champions.
