Leaky defence spells Vase and league disaster for Chichester City
The Kent side scored within 20 seconds of kick-off with Perry Spackman sending in a long-range effort that dipped into the net, deceiving keeper Matt Short.
Lack of finishing prevented Tunbridge Wells extending the lead, and on 60 minutes when Chichester conjured up a goal from nowhere.

Chichester’s luck ran out during extra-time. On 94 minutes Drew Crush headed Wells into the lead and Andy McMath added two more.

Then Darren Annis steamed in to score from close range on 22 minutes after Wayne Joseph had cut in from the left.
Matt Short skied a penalty then saved one, but Annis wrapped it up with a late third for Lancing.
City go to Peacehaven on Saturday and host Shoreham next Tuesday – both in the league.
