Goal queen Alexandre gets Chichester off and running
And Chichester’s reserves won 4-0 away to Worthing Minors in the South East Counties division one west.
Lucy Stanbridge used her pace to get past the Minors right-back and was brought down on the corner of the 18-yard box. Lauren Ellis stepped up to curl a great free-kick into the top corner - this with just one minute on the clock.

Hide AdStanbridge was causing constant problems down the left - her pace too much for the full-back to handle.
Constant pressure from Chichester’s midfield made it hard for Worthing while Chichester’s back four were playing well. A long-range effort that went wide was all Worthing could muster in the first 30 minutes.
Remi Crawley, making her league debut, took on the full-back, drove into the box, looked up and pulled a great ball back for Sian Payne to finish in the bottom corner.
Worthing had a good opportunity to get one back before half-time but a header from a free-kick was straight at Lauren Bateman.

Hide AdChichester started the second half with three fresh players and Amber Beaven got straight into the action, linking well with another debutant, Hannah Chalk, down the left.
Crawley beat her player again and crossed to midfielder Stacey Baker - also making her debut - and she found Payne on the edge of the box where she hit an outstanding effort into the top corner to make it 3-0.
Beaven made it 4-0 after a great run into the box and fine finish with her right foot.
Woman of the match Payne was unlucky to not get her hat-trick.
