Former Ipswich Town centre-back joins Crawley on permanent basis

The 21-year-old centre-back made 24 appearances for Reds last season in a loan spell from Championship club Ipswich Town, who released him at the end of the season.
The Welsh under-21 international has penned a one-year deal with an extra year’s option.

Hide AdHead coach Dermot Drummy said: “Josh is still relatively inexperienced in League terms but we definitely feel he is a player capable of improving a lot.
“He has got a lot of the attributes good defenders need and he’s a winner. He also knows the club and quite a few of the lads who will be here next season which is important, so we’re delighted he’s on board.”
Yorwerth is the club’s fifth summer signing behind Jason Banton, Josh Payne and Enzio Boldewijn and goalkeeper Glenn Morris.
