It presents a few issues for Graham Potter as they seek their second win of the new Premier League season at a vastly improved Aston Villa.
Here's how Albion's walking wounded are shaping up:
Davy Propper - Achilles
The Dutch international has not featured in the Premier League all season. Played in the Carabao Cup matches but has not been able to reach full fitness.
Was 'very close' to making the Burnley match prior to the international break. Said to be training well and could be available for Aston Villa. Propper at his best is a huge asset for Albion.
Solly March - ankle

Hide AdHas been very good for Albion so far this season in the left wing back role. Hobbled off in the 2-1 loss at Spurs after landing awkwardly on his ankle.
The Burnley game arrived just too soon for the 25-year-old but March will hope to return to action at Villa Park. The international break arrived at a good time for March.
Aaron Connolly - hamstring
Struggled for game time this season and suffered an injury blow while training with Ireland during the international break.
Ireland's medical team stated: "He is out for 10 days. It's a very minor grade hamstring strain."

Leandro Trossard - adductor
Trossard must be considered a doubt for the Villa match.
He missed the Burnley match and was also ruled out of Belgium's matches during the international break. "We are hopeful that maybe the other side of the break he could be available," said Brighton head coach Graham Potter.
Alexis Mac Allister
Reportedly tested positive for Covid-19, according to sources in Argentina, although this remains unconfirmed by the club.
The Albion midfielder was said to have symptoms but is feeling well. He was said to be self isolating and was due for another test this week ahead of Villa.

Alireza Jahanbakhsh - hamstring
Pulled up with a hamstring problem against Man United in the Carabao Cup in September and has been out of action since.
Hugely frustrating for the Iranian as he'd been pushing hard for a PL starting role. He was making good progress in training ahead of Burnley and hasn't yet been ruled-out for Villa
Florin Andone - knee
Still working his way back from a long-term knee injury and is not expected to be fit and available for selection until January 2021 at least.

Jose Izquierdo - knee
Continues to train with the senior squad as he continues his long road to recovery from a serious knee injury.
Featured for the Albion under-23s this season but Brighton are sensibly taking an ultra cautious approach with the Colombian. Unlikely to see him in first team action this year
Christian Walton - ankle
