CAN BURT TRANSFORM PLAYING SUCCESS TO MANAGERIAL?
Burt started his career at Worthing in their youth teams, and had a second spell at Woodside Road when he made more than 300 appearances for the Rebels. He also enjoyed succesful spells at Shoreham and Southwick, and played for Lancing and Crawley as well, although the latter was for just one game.
His management career has taken off now, though. Last season he was joint-manager with Mick Fogden at Southwick and this campaign he has been joint-boss with his best friend in football, Lee Cox.
