Wivelsfield Films: will be screening The Dressmaker on Sunday July 17th. Starring Kate Winslet and Liam Hemsworth. Based on the best-selling novel by Rosalie Ham, THE DRESSMAKER is a bittersweet, comedy-drama set in early 1950s Australia. Tilly Dunnage, a beautiful and talented misfit, after many years working as a dressmaker in exclusive Parisian fashion houses, returns home to
the tiny middle-of-nowhere town of Dungatar to right the wrongs of the past. Doors/bar open 7pm - film starts 7.30pm. Tickets available from Wivelsfield Post Office, the Cock Inn, on line from www.wivelsfield.com or at the door. The bar is open before the film and during the interval - enjoy the home made cakes and ice creams.
