'˜How much is that doggie in the window?' is a question often asked at a Haywards Heath store.
But it’s not a real-life canine causing the queries ... it’s a specially-carved lamp base. In fact, the ‘dog lamp’ is just one of a range of wacky items that staff at specialist electrical store DT Electrical Supplies in Bridge Road enjoy creating.
Boss Jason Pelham and colleague Willem Mol also have a money-for-old-rope lamp - and there’s even a ‘bulb’ garden to remind Dutchman Willem of home.
