VILLAGE GOES FESTIVE
The Grand Union Band brought beats from the Caribbean, Africa and South America, making joyous celebratory music to move the feet and lift the spirit.
The band switched between salsa, calypso, bhangra and the township music of South Africa.

Hide AdSaturday saw the annual Art and Craft Exhibition, known for the quality of its exhibitors and for the all day caf. This year, exhibits included photography, glass, prints, woodturning, ceramics, painting and jewellery.
There was also a creative activities marquee where people tried felt-making, weaving, mosaics and raku.
Entertainment was provided by a Punch and Judy show, the Old Star morris dancers and story-telling sessions by Dave Arthur.
