Udimore
Saturday Afternoon Tea: Tea and cakes will be served at the Brede Rectory between 2.30 and 5pm tomorrow, to raise funds for St Mary’s Church.
Udimore’s Got Talents: Besides the Rectory tea party, please look out for other fundraising events likely to be arranged soon by the people who each accepted £10 at the recent harvest Supper, with the intention of using it to raise funds for the church. Nan Hacking has asked me to include in this notice a gentle reminder that the original £10, plus any funds raised, will shortly be due to be repaid to her or Rachel Dunn. Whoever succeeds in raising the most will win the prize of Sunday lunch for two at The Plough.

Messy Church: This monthly event will take place in the Hall at 4pm on Tuesday (November 4).
Road Safety: At 6.30pm next Friday (November 7) there will be a very important public meeting in the Hall to discuss proposals for improving road safety on B2089. Please make a point of coming along if you possibly can, to make your views known.
