Crawley Borough Council and Crawley Freestyle Association (CFA) have been working together to improve the skate park and have recently installed a jump box, which they say has been warmly received by park users.
Attention is now on the site of the old half pipe, which was taken out due to it being too badly damaged to repair, leaving the space available for something new.

Tuesday 21 June from 3-6pm
Saturday 25 June from 2-5pm
Tuesday 28 June from 5-8pm
Councillor Chris Mullins, cabinet member for wellbeing, said: “It is important for the council to create a skate park that suits the needs of the people that use it most. I urge all residents to meet with staff to ensure that their ideas are heard.”
For those who cannot make any of the three sessions, an online questionnaire will be available at http://www.crawley.gov.uk/skatepark from June 21.
