Singing keeps energetic Norah, 106, going
Norah celebrated her birthday on Tuesday, at the care home, in Shelley Road, Worthing, together with staff and her daughter, Gwenda.
Gwenda said: “She’s an extremely clever lady, and loved painting, sewing, and things like that.

Norah was born in London, but has lived in East Preston and Worthing for more than 30 years.
She had two children, along with five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Activities co-ordinator at Berkeley Lodge, Elaine Shelton, said Norah was up-and-down the corridors all day in her wheelchair, and continued to surprise staff with her energy.
