Sainsbury’s still on track to open in Chichester

As previously reported, the supermarket giant was given the go-ahead earlier this year to open a store at the former Observer office at Unicorn House in Eastgate Square.
A spokesman for Sainsbury’s told the Observer this week: “We’re still going ahead, we are just waiting for the developer to commence works.

Hide Ad“So while there is a delay, we are still committed to opening a Sainsbury’s Local in Chichester.”
Sainsbury’s had hoped to open the store before Christmas.
