Hide AdPolice are targeting groups that present the greatest risk on the roads. The top three are 17-to-25-year-olds, motorcyclists, plus those who drink or use drugs and drive.
Police have a number of education initiatives to get their message across but Insp Clothier said they would also use enforcement. "It's trying to look at the people who present the greatest risk rather than enforcing against the public at large."
