Property owner found guilty of breaching council notice

Pavel Curzen failed to comply with an enforcement notice served on him by Hastings Borough Council on September 16, 2015 under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Part 1 of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991.
As owner of the land at, 22 Charles Road, Hastings, Mr Curzen failed to reinstate the boundary balustrade and entrance path to its original state in terms of appearance colours and materials by the required date, February 18, 2016.

Hide AdCurzen pleaded guilty and was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay costs of £342 with a victim surcharge of £20.
