Work well underway at new Bognor Regis employment site
The £34million 17.5 acre Saltbox development to the west of the A259 is set to include offices and a warehouse for Warburtons, an Aldi supermarket, car showroom and other business units.
Planning permission was granted by Arun District Council last November.

Hide AdConstruction began on the first phase in August with a 44-week programme set to deliver premises for Warburtons, Aldi and two drive-throughs as well as the access roads, drainage and utilities for the entire site.
Completion is expected in summer 2021 with phase one expected to result in more than 200 jobs.
The developer, Landlink Estates, gave a tour of the construction site to fellow Bognor Regis Regeneration Board members, including Bognor Regis Town Council and Metamorph Management in early November. This visit took place before the second lockdown and Covid measures were observed.
