Designs for new flats next to Crawley Town Hall revealed

Crawley Borough Council is working with developers to redevelop the town hall site to provide a new headquarters for the authority as well as three new blocks of housing.
An application for the first phase of the project, which would see 91 flats built on the two-storey car park to the north of The Boulevard, next to the town hall, has now been submitted to the council.

Hide AdBack in June Councillor Andrew Skudder, cabinet member for resources, said: “What we are hoping for is that we end up with something that could be a cheaper option for us than doing up the existing building.”
