Police investigate claims of playground ‘drug deal’ at Wick school
Officers were called to the White Meadows Primary School after two adults were witnessed exchanging a suspicious item between each other, on Monday afternoon (November 18).
A spokeswoman from Sussex Police insisted that no children or school staff were involved and that this was an isolated incident.

Hide AdShe said: “We are working with the school to establish the full circumstances of this isolated event.”
The Gazette has been shown a text message from the school, to parents, which says: “It has been reported that drugs are being dealt on school premises.”
It continues, urging parents to be ‘extra vigilant’ and ‘report anything suspicious to the school immediately’.
When contacted by the Gazette, a spokeswoman for the school said that it was not in a position to make any comment at this stage.
