In a recent edition of the West Sussex County Times, the Salvation Army reported 140 families in Horsham are facing financial hardship.

“It is highly likely that people with money difficulties will be using every penny they have to make Christmas special for their children, possibly at the expense of food and other items most people take for granted.”
