“Last week the Horsham Town Centre Wardens erected a PSPO sign in Talbot Lane. This was erected following ongoing reports from residents regarding dog fouling, with the aim of reminding people that they must clear up after their dog.
“The neighbourhood wardens undertook a door-to-door consultation along the Lane and received positive feedback about displaying a PSPO sign.”
The council says on its website: “Public Spaces Protection Orders are intended to deal with a particular nuisance or problem in a particular area that is detrimental to the local community’s qualify of life.
“The Order imposes conditions on the use of that area which apply to everyone. They are designed to ensure the law-abiding majority can enjoy public spaces, safe from anti-social behaviour.”
