The mix 'will provide a good range of house types and sizes to meet local needs and allow families to stay and move into the local area'.
On the eastern boundary is a second parcel of land that has approval for a mixed use development of up to 400 dwellings, a care home, local centre and public open space.
There would be a network of footpaths to 'enhance pedestrian connectivity' throughout the site and public open space towards the centre and south west.
