Hide AdWith such an expanding population as a result of all the A259 developments there is no indication that there are solid plans for the increased need for surgeries, libraries, play areas and a sewage system that can cope.
This development is not oven ready and until details for vital infrastructure are finalised it should not be approved. In 2013 an independent assessment of A259 traffic stated that the A259 was over capacity.
It is even more over capacity now. Still, the building continues, with no solutions for the road congestion and with the developers stating that this development will make no significant impact. What about the cumulative impact?
