Various people have contributed food ranging from beef goulash with baguettes, home- made chicken curry, home-made pork pies and sausage rolls, selections of deli-board delights through to cupcakes, crispy cakes, biscuits and even home-made fudge! All those eating have donated to the charity pots and the resulting total of £176 has been split between Jeans for Genes, Children In Need, Macmillan and Wear It Pink.
Adam Walker one of the Directors at Crickmay commented: “These lunches are a great opportunity for us all to socialise, eat well and give to charity at the same time; they have become annual events in our calendar which we look forward to each year.”
