Hide AdAren’t these two statements inconsistent? How could the Inspector make his statement when the Agency he quotes is still reviewing the impact on M23 J11 at Pease Pottage?
How can Mr Blevins, notwithstanding all of Liberty’s resources from the USA, possibly put in his planning application not knowing the likely cost of mitigation of his development on Junction 11 of the M23?
