Help with recalling rocket attacks
I am a military aviation history researcher and writer and TV documentary consultant and in the run-up to that anniversary in three years time I am embarking upon an ambitious project to log and map all V1 incidents in Sussex and Kent.
This will be a compilation based upon official records, complemented by eye witness accounts.

Hide AdI would particularly like to hear from anyone who had first hand experience, or who has photographs, paperwork or memorabilia - including souvenirs from Flying Bomb incidents.
In addition, anyone with knowledge of the few V2 rocket attacks is asked to get in touch.
Lastly, I do know that bits and pieces of V1s are still to be found scattered around the countryside - if one knows where to look!
Can anyone tell me where such relics are still to be found in the countryside - whether farmland, woodland, downland or gardens!
