Bench website explains it all
I urge all people on both sides of the discussion to visit this website.
I think it will either please or appal you.
Readers should also visit the Studio Weave site and click to look at and read about its other nine projects.

Hide AdI found that most enlightening. I quite liked its other bench.
I know the promenade is not a workplace, but I do wonder whether anyone has asked for a health and safety risk assessment on this design, given that children will inevitable run along it, climb the loops and stick their fingers between the named slats.
And does the design accommodate litter bins or do we just stuff it down the gap at the back?
Still, if our non-continuous seating does not qualify for a bench record, perhaps we could claim to have the longest kiddies' xylophone?
