As a former employee, I spent some happy times there in early 2000s producing some excellent cakes with a great team of workers.
It was repetitive and at times hard graft, but most of the workforce enjoyed what we were doing and were proud of the quality produce that went out to the customer.

It’s great to go into outlets around the country and identify their products. I still feel proud to know I, at one time, was helping this into the marketplace.
I’d hope there will be a reprieve, but this doesn’t seem likely, reading the CSM plans, so I wish everyone good luck in finding alternative employment.
