LETTER: Dangers from pothole plague

In particular there is a cluster of them, seeming to increase on a daily basis actually on the level crossing at Littlehaven station.
Apart from the obvious wear and tear to tyres is the danger of motorists dodging round them into the path of the oncoming traffic.
It is an accident waiting to happen!

Hide AdIt causes great concern to me as I use the crossing quite frequently. I do not know if the responsibility lies with the rail company or the highways department.
Perhaps your paper can highlight the problems.
