Let's brighten up Warrior Square

Recently the gardens have been much beautified by the addition of flower beds and elevated flower-filled basins in the front area facing the sea.
It is a pity, therefore, that the extensive central area, lying between the front and the lovely upper rose gardens, is at present comparatively drab and uninteresting, lacking colour and flower beds.
