Bit of a beef over taking joint back
With family expected on Sunday, my mistake was to purchase 19 worth of Tesco's so-called "Finest" range of beef.
This turned out to be one of the toughest pieces of beef I have ever tried to eat.
I have good strong teeth, but even I couldn't eat it.

How wrong could I be.
Becky at Tesco Broadwater said: "Can't do it here, we don't sell it. You'll have to go to Holmbush."
I said I didn't want to drive over there and back when there are many Tescos in Worthing.
She said: "You can keep it and wait until the new store opens in a few weeks' time."
"Undaunted, I thought I'd phone customer complaints.

I found another number on the internet and this time a helpful lady said: "I'll phone around and ask if some of the other stores will refund it."
She phoned later to say sorry, she couldn't get any to answer the phone. I've learnt a valuable lesson.
There are a number of good butchers in the town and I will use them more.

Was I wrong to want my refund now and not wait two to three weeks?
