Hide AdAdjourning sentencing, judge Christopher Parker QC said: “Mr Bailey drunk or not, and it’s possible that being drunk is not actually a mitigating but if anything it’s an aggravated factor.
“You will be back here for sentencing, and it’s possible you will be sent straight to jail, something I am sure you are well aware of.
“Do not misunderstand the fact that I am adjourning sentencing and giving you bail.
“Whoever sentences you is likely to send you straight to jail so it’s in your interest to return to this court with as much information as you can.”
