Hide AdBarrett, of Stream Lane, Hawkhurst, pleaded guilty at a hearing at Hastings Magistrates Court this week.
Barrett must also pay a £15 victim surcharge.
The prosecution was brought through Rother District Council’s Sense of Place team, who investigate environmental crimes.
The council said the case highlights the importance of employing licensed waste carriers and asking for a waste transfer note for any rubbish taken.
