Judges’ tough task lookingat community chest awards
Each year, brewers Hall and Woodhouse - which launched and runs the community chest - give £15,000 to be divided between deserving applications.
Working with their media partners - which include this newspaper and Spirit FM - every request is carefully considered.

Hide AdThe process is always a tough one - as difficult choices have to be made - and the judges will visit some of the good causes to help in the assessment process.
