DICKER DAY: On June 26 the sun shone and people flocked to Dicker Day at the village hall field. There were plenty of stalls with food and drink of all sorts and plenty of activities. The races were very popular with both participants and spectators. Tug o’ War bouts were fiercely contested, Upper Dicker men were unbeatable. Thanks to everyone who helped to make it such a fun day and to all those who came. Next year Dicker Day will be on Sunday June 25.
