Head singled out for praise in school's outstanding report
As well as highlighting pupils' constantly improving academic achievements, children are well looked-after in the 'happy, caring environment', according to the latest report.
Headteacher Karen Bye, who has been at the school for three years, has been singled out for praise, with the report branding her leadership as 'outstanding', with a strong senior management team and governors helping towards 'strong and successful teamwork'.

Hide AdThe school received a 'good' grade in most categories - 'outstanding' in two categories, curriculum and other activities and care, guidance and support.
The inspectors, who visited the school before Christmas, were highly impressed by the behaviour of the pupils and their relationships.
Ninfield has improved greatly since its previous inspection, with teaching and learning considerably strengthened, and rated 'good and occasionally excellent' by the new report.
Children's progress and achievement at the school has also made a jump in the three years since the last visit by inspectors.

Hide AdPupils achieve very well, with standards above average by Year Six.
The report said: "The outstanding curriculum underpins pupils' good personal development and ensures they benefit from a rich learning experience within which all achieve well.
"Outstanding care, guidance and support contribute significantly to pupils' enjoyment of school and eagerness to learn."
Headteacher Mrs Bye said: "The report reflects the teamwork of staff, pupils, parents and governors which have been the critical element of our development over the last three years.
"It gives all involved recognition for their achievements and reflects the happy and successful and popular school that Ninfield has become."
