Four-car crash on A27
One person had to be taken to hospital this morning (Monday, January 19) after a collision between four cars in Fontwell.
The casualty was cut out of the wreckage of the vehicles by firefighters called to the scene on the westbound carriageway of the A27.
The collision occurred just after 6.45am. Fire crews from Chichester and Arundel attended along with paramedics and the police.
