Hide AdHer parents Catherine Gregory and Karl Craddock from Tilgate first took her to the Royal Alexandra Hospice in Brighton and she was transferred to the Evelina Children’s Hospital, part of St Thomas’s Hospital, in London where she later died.
The family then committed themselves to helping other parents facing similar tragedies raising money for The Evelina.
One of those is the football match on Saturday organised by Catherine’s brother James and his friend Karl Haworth. Friends, family and colleagues will join them for the event at Roffey Football Club in Horsham with 10 teams competing.
Kick off is expected at 11am and everyone is invited to come and watch.
