False alarm as fire engine is called to A27 breakdown

A spokesperson for West Sussex Fire and Rescue said a crew from Chichester was called to the scene near Fishbourne Roundabout just after 4pm.
The vehicle is believed to have suffered a blown engine or a mechanical failure, the fire spokesperson added.

Hide AdPolice are en route to the scene, where firefighters will hand over the incident to police officers, according to fire services.
There are no reported injuries.
