Anton Duncan, 36, of London Road, Burgess Hill, was given a six month conditional discharge, with a £20 victim services surcharge, and £20 costs. He had pleaded guilty to affray in London Road, Burgess Hill.
George Brown, 19, of Curf Way, Burgess Hill, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £20 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to common assault, and to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, in Burgess Hill.

Hide AdRussell Helmore, 32, of Truggers, Handcross, was given a community order with 120 hours of unpaid work, £100 compensation, an £85 victim services surcharge, and £625 costs. He had pleaded guilty to common assault in Cuckfield.
Dorton Group, of Station Road, Burgess Hill, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. The company had been convicted of failing to identify a driver suspected of committing an offence.
Daniel Roe-Barnett, 25, of Dukes Place, Sayers Common, was fined £154, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence.
He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A23 at Pyecombe.
Brandon Butcher, 24, of Lavendar Hill, Tonbridge, was fined £280, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention on the B2112 at Ditchling Common.

Hide AdIon Stoica, 47, of Knole Grove, East Grinstead, was banned from driving for a year, with a £210 fine, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath specimen after driving in Selsfield Road, Ardingly.
Joseph Gibson, 22, of London Lane, Cuckfield, was fined £120, with £672 compensation, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to the window of an ambulance in Cuckfield.
Ryan Gilbert-Appleby, 21, of Wivelsfield Road, Haywards Heath, was fined £166, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs.
He had pleaded guilty to attempting to steal diesel from a building site in Burgess Hill, abd to possessing containers for use in connection with theft.
