Altercation between dog walker and drone pilot in Newhaven

Sussex Police said officers were called to the grounds of Newhaven Town Football Club, in Fort Road, to reports of an assault around 5.15pm on Sunday, July 26.
A spokesman said: “A man was walking his dog when he approached another man flying a racing drone.

Hide Ad“A physical altercation broke out between the two men which resulted in the dog walker suffering an injury to his shoulder.
“Police would like to speak to the drone pilot about what happened.
“He is described as white, approximately 6ft 2in, of stocky build and with short light brown hair. He was wearing virtual reality goggles.
“Officers would also like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident.”
