Celebrating Human Rights in Horsham
This stop on their Human Rights Walk celebrated Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security.
The group remembered both those who fought and died for our peace and security as well as today’s refugees fleeing wars and famine.

The walk ended at the offices of the West Sussex County Times whose staff support the group’s campaign to free journalist, Eskinder Nega, imprisoned in Ethiopia calling for freedom of expression in that country.
The success of the walk in raising awareness of human rights and the interest of the public who stopped to talk has encouraged the group to consider making this an annual event.
