Brighton and Hove remembers Manchester attack victims
Councillors, residents and council staff stood outside Brighton Town Hall and Hove Town Hall at 10.30am this morning, to observe one minute's silence in remembrance of everyone affected by Monday's attack. Almost 100 people turned up for each event.
Flags on civic buildings flew at half mast, out of respect to the victims.
