12 nights of major roadworks at Tushmore roundabout, Crawley
The Tushmore roundabout, which serves the A23, Crawley Avenue and London Road in Langley Green, will be improved over 12 nights between May 25 and June 10 – subject to weather conditions.
The £275,000 scheme will see the road replaced with a new quieter surface.

Hide AdJohn O’Brien, West Sussex County Council’s cabinet member for highways and transport, said: “We are intent on repairing the road surface around the Tushmore roundabout, which has become patched up, uneven and in need of attention.
“We have tried to minimise disruption at such a busy location as far as we can – which is why we are doing all this work at night.
“There will be a noticeable improvement once the work is done, so as always we ask motorists and residents to be patient while we get it finished.”
