James Collishaw wanted to support Love Your Hospital, the dedicated charity of Worthing, Southlands and St Richard’s hospitals, and raise money for its Hospital Heroes Covid-19 Appeal.
He has decided to cycle 10 laps of Hillside Avenue, where he lives, which will be four miles in total, on Saturday morning.

“He has been riding more recently but his longest ride to date is two miles, so this will be a real challenge.”
James has been out on his bike a lot over the past couple of weeks and cycled to Findon on Saturday.
He said: “I would like to raise money to give to doctors and nurses because they are helping to look after people who have got the virus.”
