New principal appointed for leading Horsham college

Dan Lodge will take over from current principal Sally Bromley - who is retiring - from September 1.
Dan joined Collyer’s three years ago in a senior leadership staff and student support role.

Hide AdDan, who lives in Horsham, first became a teacher some 16 years ago following an early career in business.
He said: “It is an incredible privilege to have the opportunity to lead such an outstanding institution with such fantastic students and staff. I look forward to the new challenges and am confident our college has a very bright future as we develop towards our 500th anniversary of foundation.”
Current principal Sally Bromley added: “I shall be very sad to leave my role as principal at Collyer’s, a role which has been the highlight of a long career but I am delighted that Dan will be taking over as principal in September.
“I’ve worked closely with Dan in his role as vice principal in charge of the curriculum and he has been instrumental in the college achieving our best set of A-Level and BTEC results ever in 2019.
