The photos show piles of trees that have been felled in order to make way for construction.
Developers will build 600 homes and an IKEA at the site.
The scheme will involve major work on the A27, including the construction of a new roundabout.
This work is due to begin soon – the residents of the Withy Patch gypsy and traveller site, which was in the path of the new through-road, were moved to a new location before Christmas.
The latest information from the developer, The Community Stadium Ltd, was that the A27 work should take around a year.
